302-312 Stratford High Street sits opposite Stratford High Street DLR Station and is currently closed off and empty.
Following previous proposals for the site, Dominus has appointed Metropolitan Workshop (Architects) and Spacehub (Landscape Architects) on developing a vision for a new scheme that will deliver much-needed, high-quality student homes and wider community benefits, including a pub and landscaping enhancements that will improve the pedestrian experience.

Introducing a new public space at the junction of Stratford High Street and Lett Road to significantly improve the street-level environment and pedestrian experience.

Active Frontages
Engaging with the High Street through active frontages making it a more attractive place to live and visit.

Local Engagement
Early and ongoing engagement with the local community, stakeholders and the London Borough of Newham to deliver long-term benefits.

High Quality Student Accommodation
Providing high quality and professionally managed purpose-built student accommodation to meet a demonstrable need, including for affordable 35% at affordable, capped-rent levels.

Delivering Community and Environmental Benefits
Connecting the proposed building to the wider community by delivering meaningful community and environmental benefits which can evolve along with local needs.
